We believe God calls us to have a focus on children (Matthew 18:5) and to provide a nurturing, safe, and loving environment for them to thrive in (Mark 10:13-16). We are dedicated to the safety and wellbeing of all children who attend our children's classes by doing regular background checks, having safety training, and strict protocols for all teachers and volunteers (Matthew 18:6). Children's classes are safe, fun, and engaging, utilizing a world-class curriculum. We also believe a parent's role is the primary spiritual leader of their child (Deuteronomy 6:7) and our role is partner and support system. We serve children between six months old and 11 years of age.
Your first visit
Here's what to expect when visiting for the first time:
Upon arrival ask a greeter by the front door you would like information on children's classes for your child. If they are helping someone else, feel free to ask anyone in the foyer (we're a friendly bunch). They will show you the class for your child's age and where to sign them in.
Infants and toddlers begin in their room starting from the very beginning of service at 10:30. Elementary age children will be dismissed after a song and some church update. This allows them to worship together with parents/caretakers before they go to class.
Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):
- Parent/guardian name(s)
- Child's name
- Phone number
- Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children
